ur fave mystical & musical post-production girlie.Chandler Pretty is a singer, scene-slicing editor, and storyteller based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Rooted in emotion, aesthetics, and magic, her work feels both nostalgic and new, haunting and heartfelt.Born in Germany to a military family, Chandler moved from place to place before settling in rural Manitoba at the age of six. Growing up as the weird girl with big dreams of being a singer, Chandler moved to the city, graduating from ACC’s Media Production program, and University of Manitoba with a degree in Sociology, utilizing her interest in film and people to find a career in the entertainment industry, whilst still connecting with her musical roots.She released her first single, Chaos I Create, in 2020, followed by her first EP, midnight thoughts, in 2023. Her sound is an enchanting blend of witchy and eclectic elements, casting a spooky, irresistible vibe, with a sprinkle of nostalgia. Chandler also works as a post-production specialist for TV and film, her work spanning networks such as Bell Media, APTN, Lifetime, Hallmark, A&E, ID, and BBC Earth. Her love of visual media and horror movies inspired her next single, Scenes from a B-List Horror Film. Never one to put herself in a box, Chandler also creates videos on YouTube covering a variety of topics such as vlogs, music videos, and paranormal and mystery content. Her latest EP, Act V: Bloom, is a reflection on cycles: how one can navigate through life, trauma, disillusion, death, and still bloom.Step into her world of catchy songs and captivating sequences.
